How do I get representation with Collier Talent Agency?

Please mail your headshot, resume and demo reel to Collier Talent Agency, 2313 Lake Austin Blvd, Suite 103, Austin, TX 78703. Do not email your headshot and resume to Collier Talent for consideration for representation. Email/electronic submissions will not be reviewed. Phone calls about representation will not be returned. I submitted my headshot/resume for consideration for representation. I have not heard back. Should I re-submit or call the agency?

Please do not call the agency to follow up on submissions. We review every submission. Sometimes it takes us a while to call people, particularly when we are busy in the office. If we are interested in setting up a meeting, we will contact you. You are welcome to re-submit after 3-6 months or sooner if you have added new credits or training to your resume.

I’m new to the business. How do I get started in acting?

We would recommend taking an acting class. You can also find out more information about getting started in the business by visiting The Alliance Austin website, http://www.theallianceaustin.com. It has a lot of good information for those just getting started in the business.

Do you represent babies?

We do not represent children under the age of 5.

Do you represent voice over talent outside of Texas?

Right now, we are focused on representing voice talent who live in the state of Texas.

What types of artists do you represent?

We represent actors and actresses. We do not represent writers, directors, stylists, make up artists or musicians. We are primarily a talent agency not a modeling agency, so if modeling is your primary focus, we are not the agency for you.

Do you charge a fee for representation?

No, there are no fees charged up front. We work strictly on commission.
